The Ancient Egyptian Mystery School opens the Doors to the Initiates of the Living Light
About me:
This is the first substack, so I thought firstly to introduce myself. You will find a short bio is at the bottom of this document. In short, my name is Foteini Fotoula Adrimi and I am a spiritual teacher of soul evolution. As a child, I was completely immersed in a world where the enlightened spirits were as close to me, as my earthly family. Then, at the age of 12, out of fear and a need to connect with my peers, I shut the connection down.
When I was thirty, the ancient Egyptian Goddess, known as Isis, reminded me of my spiritual nature, lying dormant all these years, and I began to remember the deep soul connection I had to ancient Egypt. Two years later, Isis lifted the veil from my eyes and transmitted to me an enormous body of spiritual wisdom. For almost 18 years I have been teaching the path of the ancient Egyptian Mystery School to help people in their inner transformation.
My new book, “Sacred Mysticism of Egypt,” addresses the modern initiate of the ancient mystery school, the seeker of spiritual wisdom, the traveller on the road towards spiritual evolution. In the book I describe teachings from the Golden Times of Ancient Egypt that transcend time, and speak to the soul as clearly as they did thousands of years ago. The book will be published by O-Books in July 2025 and is available to pre-order in the UK.
In these articles I will include channellings from my helping spirit, the Goddess Isis, as she talks to us about the path of spiritual evolution in these modern times, and helps us find our way on a road with few signposts.
This week’s channelling from Isis: “Never before has the path of the soul been so open to those seekers of spiritual truth. And paradoxically, never before has the road been so filled with distractions and pitfalls for the children of the Light to overcome. And to prevail over the challenges that appear on your path, either through tricksters, manipulators, fears, and doubts, I invite you to access the power of your sacred heart whose wisdom is far beyond that of the egoic mind. It is in the heart centre that the lotus flower opens and reveals a plethora of knowledge that you may not know you posses, until it comes to light.
Once you open the doors of your heart, you realise that your life only served to bring you to the moment when a new awareness could emerge. The spirituality of the heart is expressed by a deep yearning. This yearning asks you to discover a different way of being, to study and understand the mystery, and to reclaim a power that the world does not understand or value, and yet it is the greatest power accessible to you. It is the power of love.
Love, as you define it in your world, is coloured by the programming of the planet and is not pure. Pure love does not know desire, control, judgement, and expectation. Pure love is unconditional, it is the love of the sacred heart, and it is who you are as the Divine spirit.
Your world needs the love that you are. And in order to offer pure love to the world, you must first experience it for yourself. In ancient Egypt the Initiates of the Living Light travelled to the temples of the west bank, the place of death. It is in the west, that the Initiates became the awakened spirit and remembered that life continues beyond death, and that when someone dies, they were more alive than before. And so the Initiates carefully practiced the death mysteries,. They re-enacted their death and became Osiris, the sovereign being who is in their sacred heart.
These mysteries took years of spiritual practice. When one tastes the fruits of death, they rarely wish to return to the physical world. Therefore, initiates had to first realise and appreciate the beauty of physical life, and make peace with their life. They had to comprehend life as an incredible gift and make a commitment to come back at the end of their mystical experiences.
As I invite you to this path of the ancient mystic, I beseech you to look at your life as an incredible gift, a journey that has brought you to this moment, and a path that leads you deeper into your heart. No matter what your life has been, make peace with it. You have lived through many landscapes which you would never have experienced if you remained in the spirit world. Give thanks for your life, and give thanks to yourself. And keep offering gratitude for this gift of physical life, for you experience it every moment you are alive.
I give thanks to you for being on this Earth at this moment and for appreciating the value of your awakened spirit in the body.”
